Standard delivery (Sweden): 2–4 business days
Delivery outside Sweden: 2–6 business days

At Mockberg, you always have a 60-day right of withdrawal from the day the package was delivered to a collection point or your home address. Create a return here.

Return costs:

• Within Sweden: SEK 49

• Within Europe: €5.90

• Outside the EU: €9.99

Return conditions:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

• All barcode labels must remain attached, as our warehouse scans each product upon receipt.

• The protective plastic must remain in place, and the product must be returned in its original packaging, including the box and silk pouch.

• Jewelry must always be returned in its original packaging (zip bag with barcode, silk pouch, and box).

• Returns showing signs of wear will not be approved and will be returned to you at no extra cost.

Exceptions:
Returns are not accepted for engraved or customized products, including items from the Signature Collection. These are made to your specifications, and all purchases are final.

Unclaimed packages:
If packages are not collected within the agreed time, Mockberg reserves the right to charge a handling fee of SEK 200 for return shipping and administrative costs.

Return processing:
Once we have received your return, it will be processed within 14 days (processing times may be longer during peak season). You will receive an email confirmation when the return has been approved and refunded.

12-month product warranty & lifetime color warranty

We offer a lifetime warranty on the color of our water-resistant jewelry.

In addition, we offer an international one-year product warranty covering manufacturing and material defects for all our jewelry.

What does the lifetime warranty on the gold-color coating cover?
The warranty covers the gold or silver color of your jewelry, ensuring that it does not fade or disappear over time.

What is not covered by the lifetime warranty on the gold color?
The warranty does not cover loose stones, lost enamel, pearls, or other decorations. Damage from normal wear and tear or scratches is also not covered by the warranty. The jewelry is water-resistant but not chemical-resistant—therefore, do not use hand sanitizer while wearing it.

Does water-resistant jewelry become darker over time?
Yes, the jewelry may darken over time, and darkening is not covered by the lifetime warranty.

What do I need to make use of the lifetime color warranty?
Keep your original receipt. If the jewelry was purchased from a retailer, contact the retailer directly. For purchases made directly from us, you can file a claim here.

Is there anything else I should know about water-resistant jewelry?
The jewelry is water-resistant but not alcohol-resistant, which means it should not be exposed to hand sanitizer or other alcohol-based products while you are wearing it.

Good to know:

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, negligent handling, or damage caused by accidents. For the warranty to apply, our care instructions must be followed.
