Good to know: The warranty does not cover wear and tear, careless handling or damage caused by accident. The warranty is only valid if the care instructions have been followed. Save your order confirmation, it serves as your warranty certificate.

What is not covered by the lifetime guarantee on the gold color?
The warranty does not cover loose stones, lost enamel, pearls, shells or other embellishments. In addition, damage caused by wear and tear or scratches is not covered. The jewelry is water-resistant, but not alcohol-resistant. This means that you cannot use hand sanitizer while wearing this jewelry.
