What is Mockberg Rewards?
Mockberg Rewards is our exclusive, free loyalty program where we reward you for your love of Mockberg jewelry. The program is divided into three membership levels – Bronze, Silver, and Gold – with benefits increasing as you reach higher levels. You earn 1 point for every krona you spend on www.mockberg.com and by completing various activities, such as following us on social media or writing a review.
Once you have collected points, you can redeem them for discounts and exclusive offers.
What benefits do I receive as a member?
When you join Mockberg Rewards, you immediately gain access to several benefits, including:

- - Early access to new products and campaigns
- - Birthday reward every year
- - The opportunity to reach higher membership tiers with more exclusive benefits
The more you shop and engage, the more rewards await you.
How do the membership levels work?
Your membership is based on the number of points you have collected:
- - Bronze: You become a member when you sign up.
- - Silver: You reach the Silver level when you have collected 3,000 points.
- - Gold: You reach the Gold level when you have collected 5,000 points.
As a member, you can also earn bonus points through simple activities such as following us on Instagram, reviewing products, and inviting friends.
When you reach the Gold level, you will receive a personal surprise gift as a thank-you for your loyalty.
How and when will I receive my rewards?
Your available rewards are displayed in your Loyalty Hub, which you can access when logged in to your Mockberg Rewards account. We also recommend subscribing to our email updates and push notifications so you don’t miss out on limited-time rewards and offers.
What happens to my points if I make a return?
If you return a product that earned you points, those points will be deducted from your balance.
Do I earn points on all my purchases?
Yes, you earn points on all purchases made on mockberg.com, excluding shipping costs.
Points are not awarded for purchases made in physical stores.
How were my points from the previous program converted?
We have changed our loyalty program from SMILE to Mockberg Rewards.
In the previous program, the value of the points was SEK 0.05 per point.
In our new program, the value is SEK 0.10 per point.
To make the transition fair and maintain the same monetary value, we have halved your previous points when transferring them to the new system.
Example:
If you had 4,000 points in the old program, you now have 2,000 points in Mockberg Rewards – the value is the same.
In addition, we now offer more ways to earn points—not only through purchases, but also by engaging with our community.
