At Mockberg, you always have a 60-day right of withdrawal from the day the package was delivered to a collection point or your home address. Create a return here.

Return costs:

• Within Sweden: SEK 49

• Within Europe: €5.90

• Outside the EU: €9.99

Return conditions:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

• All barcode labels must remain attached, as our warehouse scans each product upon receipt.

• The protective plastic must remain in place, and the product must be returned in its original packaging, including the box and silk pouch.

• Jewelry must always be returned in its original packaging (zip bag with barcode, silk pouch, and box).

• Returns showing signs of wear will not be approved and will be returned to you at no extra cost.

Exceptions:
Returns are not accepted for engraved or customized products, including items from the Signature Collection. These are made to your specifications, and all purchases are final.

Unclaimed packages:
If packages are not collected within the agreed time, Mockberg reserves the right to charge a handling fee of SEK 200 for return shipping and administrative costs.

Return processing:
Once we have received your return, it will be processed within 14 days (processing times may be longer during peak season). You will receive an email confirmation when the return has been approved and refunded.

We offer a 1-year international warranty for manufacturing and material defects.

What does the lifetime guarantee on the gold color cover? 
The guarantee covers the gold color disappearing from your jewelry.

What does the lifetime guarantee on the gold color not cover? 
The guarantee does not cover loose stones, lost enamel, pearls, shells, beads, or other embellishments. Damage caused by wear and tear or scratches is also not covered by the guarantee. The jewelry is water-resistant, but not chemical-resistant. This means that you cannot use hand sanitizer while wearing this jewelry.

Does water-resistant jewelry become darker over time? 
Yes, the jewelry may become darker over time. Darkening of the color is not covered by the lifetime guarantee.

What do I need to make a claim under the lifetime color guarantee?
You need to keep the original receipt. If you purchased your jewelry from a retailer, you must contact that retailer directly. If you purchased the jewelry from us, you can submit a claim here!

Is there anything else I should know about the water-resistant jewelry? 
The jewelry is water-resistant, but not alcohol-resistant. This means that you cannot use hand sanitizer while wearing this jewelry.

Our lifetime guarantee ensures that your jewelry is free from manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. If you experience any problems with your jewelry, contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist you.

What does the lifetime guarantee not cover?
Please note that our lifetime guarantee does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper handling, or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover any modifications or repairs made by unauthorized third parties. Lost diamonds are not covered by the lifetime guarantee.

Are the other pieces of jewelry that are not water-resistant covered by any warranty?
Yes, other jewelry that is not water-resistant is covered by a manufacturing warranty.
The manufacturing warranty covers all manufacturing and material defects for a period of 1 year from the order delivery date.

OUR WATCHES:
Are the watches covered by any warranty? 
Yes, all watches are covered by a manufacturing warranty. The manufacturing warranty covers all manufacturing and material defects for a period of 2 years from the order delivery date.

Good to know: 
The warranty does not cover wear and tear, careless handling, or accidental damage. The warranty is valid only if the care instructions have been followed.
