Do Mockberg’s jewelry or watches cause nickel allergies?
No, but if you are very allergic, we do not recommend buying any metal jewelry.
How do I shorten mesh watches?
Step 1 Use a screwdriver or equivalent to loosen the clasp.
Step 2 Slide the clasp to adjust the length.
Step 3 Slide the clasp back to secure it.
How do I shorten link watches?
All link watches need to be adjusted to fit your specific wrist. We recommend visiting a watch retailer and asking them to help you shorten the links. Please note that Mockberg does not cover the cost.
What does 3 ATM mean?
3 ATM on a watch provides basic protection against accidental splashes, rain, and handwashing, but it is not suitable for swimming or diving.
What does 10 ATM mean?
10 ATM means that a watch is water-resistant up to 100 meters, making it suitable for bathing, swimming, and snorkeling.
Can I buy watch straps that fit my watch?
You can order mesh, leather, and link straps on our website under the watch straps category.

Standard delivery (Sweden): 2–4 business days
Delivery outside Sweden: 2–6 business days
At Mockberg, you always have a 60-day right of withdrawal from the day the package was delivered to a collection point or your home address. Create a return here.

Return conditions:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

All barcode labels must remain attached, as our warehouse scans each product upon receipt.

The protective plastic must remain in place, and the product must be returned in its original packaging, including the box and silk pouch.

Jewelry must always be returned in its original packaging (zip bag with barcode, silk pouch, and box).

Returns showing signs of wear will not be approved and will be returned to you at no extra cost.
Exceptions:
Returns are not accepted for engraved or customized products, including items from the Signature Collection. These are made to your specifications, and all purchases are final.
Unclaimed packages:
If packages are not collected within the agreed time, Mockberg reserves the right to charge a handling fee of SEK 200 for return shipping and administrative costs.
Return processing:
Once we have received your return, it will be processed within 14 days (processing times may be longer during peak season). You will receive an email confirmation when the return has been approved and refunded.
24-month watch warranty
All watches are covered by a manufacturing warranty, which covers manufacturing and material defects for a period of 2 years from the order’s delivery date.
Important to know:

The warranty does not cover wear and tear, improper handling, or damage resulting from accidents. The warranty is valid only if the care instructions have been followed.
