At Mockberg, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
That's why we always offer a 60-day right of return, counted from the day your order is delivered to your pickup point or home address. In our FAQ you'll find answers to the most common questions about returns, refunds and complaints.
Return costs
Register return / complaints
The item needs to be unused and returned in its original condition. Items showing signs of wear can't be approved for return.
Once we've received your return, it's processed within 14 days (during busy periods it can take longer). You'll get a confirmation by email when your return has been approved and refunded. If the return isn't approved, the item will be sent back to you.
