Express orders placed before 10.00 are sent the same day.

Before accepting the purchase, you will see different options as well as the different costs for shipping. You need to choose which shipping option you want to use before confirming the purchase.

Please note that for orders outside the EU, there may be fees, taxes or customs duties. This responsibility lies solely with the customer and not with Mockerg.

Postnord Goods letter 2-3 working days - Free (Delivered in a mailbox or at an agent.)

Budbee home delivery or delivery of boxes 2-3 working days-SEK 59 (Home delivery or box delivery.)

DHL Service point 1-2 working days Express delivery - SEK 79 (Delivery to agent)

Home delivery of packages 2-4 working days - SEK 159 (Home delivery, left at the door)

Denmark

If you have not received the package within the agreed delivery time, contact contact@mockberg.com with your order number.

If the product disappears on the way to you or if you notice that the product has been damaged during transport during receipt of the product, you must report this to us immediately.

For packages that have not been picked up at your local post office within 14 days, Mockberg reserves the right to charge you a handling fee of 15 euros, to cover return shipping and shipping companies' administrative costs.
