What does the lifetime warranty on the gold color cover? 

The warranty covers the gold color wearing off your jewelry. 

What does the lifetime warranty on the gold color not cover? 

The warranty does not cover loose stones, lost enamel, pearls, shells, beads, or other embellishments. Damage caused by wear and tear or scratches is also not covered by the warranty. The jewelry is water-resistant but not alcohol-resistant. This means that you cannot use hand sanitizer while wearing this jewelry. 

Do water-resistant pieces of jewelry become darker over time? 

Yes, the jewelry may become darker over time. Darkening of the color is not covered by the lifetime warranty. 

What do I need to make a claim under the lifetime color warranty?

You need to keep the original receipt. If you purchased your jewelry from a retailer, you need to contact that retailer directly. If you purchased the jewelry from us, you can file a claim via this link: Create a return

Is there anything else I should know about the water-resistant jewelry?
