What is not covered by the lifetime guarantee on the gold color?

The guarantee does not cover loose stones, lost enamel, pearls, shells, beads, or other embellishments. Damage caused by wear and tear or scratches is also not covered by the guarantee. The jewelry is water-resistant, but it is not resistant to chemicals. This means that you cannot use hand sanitizer while wearing this jewelry.
