At Mockberg, you always have 60 days to change your mind from the day your package was delivered to your local service point or to your home. You can create a return by following the instructions here.

Return cost within Sweden 49 SEK. 

Returns cost 5,9 EUR within European Union.

Return cost outside of European Union is 9,99 EUR.

The product must be unused and look as it did when you received it.
All barcode labels must remain on the products and the bags, as our warehouse scans everything using handheld computers and therefore cannot accept products that lack a barcode.

All protective plastic must remain intact, and the product should be returned in its box.

All jewelry must be returned in their original packaging. (With barcode and box).

Please note that we do not offer returns on engraved or customized products, including all items from our Signature Collection. These pieces are handcrafted to your specifications, including custom diamond sizes, making each item unique and personal to you. As a result, all sales on these customized products are final.

If there are signs that the product has been used, we will not accept the return.
If the return is not accepted, we will send it back to you, and you will not be charged for that shipping. It is up to the customer to ensure that the item is flawless, correct, and verified to undergo a return.

For packages not picked up at the collection point on time, Mockberg reserves the right to charge you a handling fee of 20 EURO, to cover the return shipping and administrative costs.

Once we have received your return package, we will process your return within 14 days. During peak season, this may take longer.

As soon as the return is approved and the refund has been made, you will receive an email from us confirming that your return has been approved.

Garantin täcker att guldfärgen på ditt smycke har försvunnit.

Vad täcker inte av livstidsgarantin på guldfärgen? 
Garantin täcker inte lossnade stenar, förlorad emalj, pärlor, snäckor, pärlor eller annan utsmyckning. Dessutom täcks inte skador som uppstår på grund av slitage, eller repor av garantin. Smyckena är vattentåliga, men inte de tål inte kemikalier. Det betyder att du inte kan använda handsprit när du bär dessa smycken.

Blir vattentåliga smycken mörkare med tiden? 
Ja, smyckena kan bli mörkare med tiden. Att färgen blir mörkare täcks inte av livstidsgarantin.

Vad behöver jag för att göra anspråk på livstidsgarantin för färg?
Du behöver spara originalkvittot. Har du köpt ditt smycke hos en återförsäljare behöver du gå direkt till den återförsäljaren. Har du köpt till smycke hos oss så kan du reklamera här!

Något annat jag borde veta om de vattentåliga smyckena? 
Smyckena är vattentåliga, men inte alkohol-tåliga. Det betyder att du inte kan använda handsprit när du bär dessa smycken.

Vad täcker livstidsgarantin? 
Vår livstidsgaranti garanterar att dina smycken är fria från tillverkningsfel i material eller utförande. Om du upplever några problem med ditt smycke, kontakta vårt kundtjänstteam så hjälper vi dig mer än gärna.

Vad täcker inte av livstidsgarantin?
Observera att vår livstidsgaranti inte täcker skador orsakade av olyckor, felaktig hantering eller normalt slitage. Det gäller inte heller några modifieringar eller reparationer gjorda av obehöriga tredje parter. Förlorade diamanter täcks inte av livstidsgarantin

Ja, övriga smycken som inte är vattentåliga täcks av en produktionsgaranti.
Produktionsgarantin täcker alla produktions- och materialfel under en period om 1 år från leveransdatumet för ordern.

Ja, samtliga klockor täcks av en produktionsgaranti. Produktionsgarantin täcker alla produktions- och materialfel under en period om 2 år från leveransdatumet för ordern.

Bra att veta: 
Garantin täcker inte slitage, vårdslöst hanterande eller skada genom olyckshändelse. Garantin gäller endast om skötselråden följts.
