RETURNS & REFUNDS
Contact Mockberg before returning any items.

Please write your name and order number in the email.
You can return the product within 60 days of delivery.
The product must be unused (in new condition).
All jewelry must be returned in their jewelry boxes.
If there are any signs that the product is used, we will not accept the return.
If the return is not accepted we will send it to you again.
Want to switch to another product? You can do that, just contact us.
It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free.
At the complaint, the customer contacts Mockberg and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.
Once we have received your returned package, we will process your return.
As soon as the return is approved and a refund has been made you will receive an email from us with a confirmation that your return is approved.
Refunds can take up to 14 days, depending on your bank.
