Refund Policy

Contact Mockberg before returning any items by emailing us at contact@mockberg.com.


In order for us to be able to help you more quickly, we need you to write the name you ordered with and your order number.

  • You can return the product within 60 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused (in new condition).
  • All jewelery must be returned in its original packaging.
  • If there are indications that the product is being used, we will not accept the return.
  • Once we have received your return package, we will process your return.
  • As soon as the return is approved and a refund has been made, you will receive an email from us with a confirmation that your return is approved.
  • If the return is not accepted, we will send it back to you.
  • It is up to the customer to ensure that the product is faultless, correct and is verified to undergo a return,

Refunds can take up to 14 days, depending on your bank.
