Please note that for orders outside the EU, fees, taxes or customs duties may be added afterwards. This is not the responsibility of Mockberg, but is charged to the customer.
If you have not received the package within the agreed delivery time, contact firstname.lastname@example.org med your order number.
If the product is lost on the way to you or if you notice upon receiving the product that the product has been damaged during transport, you must report this to us immediately.
For packages that have not been picked up at the delivery point on time, Mockberg reserves the right to charge you a handling fee of 150 sek, to cover return shipping and administrative costs.
