Please note that for orders outside the EU, fees, taxes or customs duties may be added afterwards. This does not stand for Mockberg but is charged to the customer.
If you have not received the package within the agreed delivery time, contact email@example.com with your order number.
If the product disappears on the way to you or if you notice upon receipt of the product that the product has been damaged during transport, you must report this to us immediately.
For packages that have not been picked up at your local post office within 14 days, Mockberg reserves the right to charge you a handling fee of SEK 150 (for customers ordering in Sweden), USD 15 (for customers ordering in the USA) and EURO 15 (for customers ordering from other parts of Europe) to cover return shipping and shipping companies' administrative costs.
