You can return the product within 60 days of delivery.
The return costs SEK 39 within Sweden, EUR 15.9 for Switzerland, Lichtenstein, Norway, US and Canada. EUR 9.9 for the rest of Europe.
The product must be unused and look like when you received it.
All barcode labels must remain on the products and bags, our warehouse scans everything using PDAs and therefore can not accept products that do not have a barcode.
All protective plastic must remain and the product must be returned in its box.
All jewelry must be returned in their original packaging. (In its Zip bag with barcode, silk bag and box.)
If there are signs that the product is being used, we do not accept the return.
Once we have received your return package, we will process your return within 14 days.
As soon as the return is approved and a refund has been made, you will receive an email from us with a confirmation that your return is approved.
If the return is not accepted, we will send it back to you.
It is up to the customer to ensure that the product is faultless, correct and is verified to undergo a return.
Refunds can take up to 14 days, depending on your bank.
