I have not received my order within the delivery time?
Double check first and foremost if it can be a pre-order, the pre-orders have a longer delivery time than other orders.
The delivery time for pre-orders is always on the product page .
If it is not a pre-order, contact us here , do not forget your order number.

My pre-order has not arrived but I have received the invoice?
All pre-orders with invoice payment need to be paid before the product is delivered if the invoice is due before delivery.
If you do not want to pay before, you can ask Ready to postpone your due date.
This can in some cases cost a few kroner, Mockberg does not stand for it.
If you do not want to pay before you receive the product, you can cancel your order by contacting us here , do not forget your order number.
Keep in mind that you can not withdraw your order if you ask us to cancel it.

How to shorten Mesh clocks?
Step 1 Use a screwdriver or equivalent to loosen the lock.
Step 2 Slide the lock to adjust the length.
Step 3 Slide the lock back to secure the lock.

How do I shorten link clocks?
All link watches need to be adjusted to fit your particular wrist.
We recommend that you visit a watch dealer and ask them to help you shorten the strap.
